Plasma Etch, Inc. industrial frames are cut, formed, welded and constructed onsite by our professional craftsman. We use only the finest grade steel in our Plasma Etch systems.

This is a major factor in the durability, of the systems, and why 20 year old Plasma Etch systems are still in full production today.

 

 

 

Industrial Powder Coating

Plasma Etch, Inc. industrial frames are then powder coated to ensure a strong protective shell. This shell is baked at 400 degrees for a long lasting finish.
