Magna Series | New Plasma PCB Etching System Creates Superior Uniformity and Eliminates CF4

The Magna Series is the world’s first truly green plasma etching system to be used in the manufacturing production of PCBs. The new technology inside the Magna eliminates the need for CF4 gas that is presently used by PCB manufacturers using plasma etching systems for desmear and etch back processing.
In addition, Magna's technology uses a process called "Board Etch Cloning". During this process, each board follows the same precise inline path locations within the plasma chamber. This provides consistent cloned etch results from board to board.
