BT-Tumbler Batch Surface Activation System
BT-Tumbler is a plasma processing system with an end loading rotating horizontal drum electrode in a large all aluminum chamber.
It is designed to allow uniform plasma treatment of bulk loaded items, such as small hard to handle plastic. These parts can have their energy levels increased or decreased with the use of the appropriate process gasses.
Its industrial powder coated frame has a rugged and easy to clean design with an eye to guarding your processing environment from contamination and with its compact footprint takes up so very little space for the work it accomplishes.
Our standard vacuum pump is especially prepared for oxygen service. It is fully equipped with an N2 purge system, preventing any corrosive end products forming in the pump thus extending the service life and reducing the maintenance cycle.
